Our Business Strategy

Clarity HR Solutions provides a variety of HR consulting services for small- to mid-sized companies. Clarity’s human resource solutions are tailored based on individual client needs that are designed to deliver day-to-day efficiency as well as long-term strategic benefit through improved HR management. We know small to mid-size businesses are on a tight budget, and usually cannot afford to have a full time HR Manager on staff.  We offer our services one project, and one hour at a time to make ensure HR administration is affordable for all businesses. Our services can be delivered independently or as integrated packages to give small to medium size businesses the flexibility and HR expertise they need, when they need it.

My mission for Clarity is to provide informative, value driven human resource information to help small to mid-size businesses remain profitable and grow. Small business is the opportunity for all people to own their financial dreams, and I want to help the small to mid-size business owner feel comfortable taking the risk with me and Clarity into the human capital unknown.

I am passionate about human resources research, and staying up to date on the newest forms of how to grow, attain, and avoid risk in human capital. Dawn Schwab is an inspirational leader with over 13 years’ experience with a blend of Operations and Human Resource experience in the Logistics/Manufacturing arena.  She brings a talent of building teams, inspiring excellence and generating results.  She is a relationship driven professional who nurtures and empowers teams to deliver unprecedented results.

Dawn also has a passion to help businesses with strategic positive results. She has partnered and added her expertise to a multitude of human resource strategies ventures including human capital review, negotiation of Union contracts, settlement of associate arbitration, and right sizing the business through top-down yearly company road map strategy sessions. She partners with the executive management teams to lend her creative HR thoughts which enhances a balance of what is good for the business along with what is good for the associate.
